The wide variety and wealth of the underwater fauna make it ideal for scuba diving. Windsurfing is the crown sport in Fuerteventura. Its coasts annually attract thousands of enthusiasts convinced that this is one of the best places in the world to practice windsurfing.

Fuerteventura, known as the Hawaii of Europe, offers excellent conditions all year round, lots of beaches & bays with world-class reefs & great waves to surf. We teach from beginners to expert, practical and theoretical teaching 5h/day (11:00 untill 16:00), video analysis, little groups (max. 8 people to one instructor). Sundays is a day off. All courses and the guided tour include accomodation, breakfast, transfers to the beach as well as a little snack.

In Fuerteventura you'll discover lots of white sandy beaches, salt water lakes, not forgeting the 18 hole golf course with it's lush greens, all surrounded by beautiful scenery. There is a free bus service to and from the golf club, castillo town and commercial centre, within 5 minutes of each other, pick ups are every 30 minute until 10pm.

Flag Beach Windsurf Centre offers good cross-shore (from the left) conditions from March/April through to August/September. It is generally wavier for the first couple of months with the remains of the winter swells, however from May onwards the waves disappear and flat slalom conditions prevail.

Although the winter months statistically have less windy days at Flag Beach, there can be better locations within easy reach that have wind for the more advanced sailor. When there is no wind there will usually be waves so we offer body boarding and surfing as alternatives.
